Odisha Channel Bureau Bhubaneswar, Oct 7: As announced in Railway Budget and with an aim to provide comfortable journey to the commuters, Ministry of Railways have decided to introduce a new weekly Express Train between Puri and Gandhidham.On the inaugural run, the train will leave from Gandhidham on October 8.From Puri, this train will leave on every Saturday with effect from October 11.19453 Gandhidham-Puri Weekly Express Train will leave Gandhidham at 1930 hrs on every Wednesday and will reach Puri at 1955 hrs every Friday.In the return direction, 19454 Puri-Gandhidham weekly Express will leave from Puri at 0905hrs every Saturday and will reach Gandhidham at 0930 hrs every Monday.This train has one AC-2 tier, two AC-3 tiers, 7 sleeper classes, 6 general second class coaches and two guard-cum-luggage vans in its composition having stoppages at Sakshigopal, Khurda Road, Balugaon, Chhatrapur, Brahmapur, Sompeta, Palasa, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Parvatipuram, Rayagada, Muniguda, Kesinga, Titilagarh, Kantabanji, Mahasamund in ECoR jurisdiction between Puri and Gandhidham.This train will also stop at Raipur, Durg, Gondia, Nagpur, Wardha, Badnera, Akola, Malkapur, Bhusawal, Jalgaon, Amalner, Nandurbar, Surat, Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad, Ahmedabad, Viramgam, Samakhiali and Bhachau stations en route.
