Odisha Channel Bureau Bhubaneswar, Aug 26: A special postal cover on National Aluminium Company limited (NALCO), the Navratna PSU of Government of India has been released by Tilak De, Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle, cum Chairman Odipex 2014 on August 23.The special cover was released during the 9th State Level Philatelic Exhibition – Odipex 2014 organised by Odisha Postal Circle, at Bhubaneswar.Ansuman Das, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, NALCO graced the occasion as the chief guest. Amiya Bhusan Tripathy, retired Director General of Police and State Convener of Odisha chapter of INTACH was the guest of honour, and Sudarshan Panda, Director, Nandankanan Zoological Park graced the occasion as special guest on the concluding day of the programme.The special postal cover on NALCO is dedicated to three decades of corporate excellence, according to an official release.
