Odisha Channel Bureau New Delhi, Oct 31: Jindal Power Limited (JPL), a subsidiary of Jindal Steel & Power Limited (JSPL) has won the coveted Dun & Bradstreet’s Infra Award 2014 for exemplary performance in project execution of 4×600 MW Thermal Power Project in Tamnar in the state of Chhattisgarh.Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), one of the world’s leading providers of business information, knowledge and insight, hosted the fourth edition of ‘Dun & Bradstreet Infra Awards’ at a glittering ceremony held at the ITC Grand Central in Mumbai yesterday.The awards felicitated leading infrastructure companies in India across various sectors like construction, power, oil & gas, ports and telecom.Jindal Power Limited, won the award, under the category of India’s leading Infrastructure Company in the power sector.
