Bhubaneswar: The number of COVID-19 cases in Odisha shot past the 11,000-mark on Sunday. The state reported 11,177 new cases as per the daily health bulletin issued by the State Information & Public Relations Department.

Of the total new positive cases of 11,177, 1,016 belonged to the age group of 0 to 18 years.

The highest number of 3,424 cases was reported from Khordha district followed by Sundargarh which reported 2,136 cases.

The total number of active cases increased to 69,763.
